What's the difference between tailored and universal seat covers?

Our tailored seat-cover range are hand-measured and designed to fit exactly to the seats of a particular model of vehicle. This means you will still have access to features of seat such as underseat storage, fold-down trays, and adjustable headrests.

Our universal range is the same high level of protection but is aimed at vehicles we haven't yet added to our catalogue or for people who are looking for a more cost-effective seat cover. This line still offers access to some functionality such as armrests.

How do I fit your seat covers?

A lot of our products have dedicated fitting guides which can be found on the product pages, or on our YouTube.

Can I still use features like underseat storage?

Our tailored cover range offers access to all the seat functionality you would have if you weren't using a seat cover.

How durable are your seat covers?

Our main line of seat covers is made from a hard-wearing, 600 denier polyester. We have put that material through rigorous testing to make sure it stands the test of time. Want to see the results of the tests? Click here.

Are your covers waterproof?

Put simply, yes. The polyester is coated with a polyurethane backing, which is what makes them waterproof to a hydrostatic head standard of over 600mm (BS EN ISO 105-E01:2013). Hydrostatic head is a metric used in any product which claims to be waterproof and means our covers could hold a 600mm tall column of water before anything started to seep through. So, you'd need some pretty tall spillages to cause them any problems.

Rubber Mats

What are O.E Fixing Points?

OE stands for original equipment, so our mats are designed to fit the original equipment found in vans. In terms of fixing points, that means our mats have clips located in the same places as the fixing points on the floor of the vans, so you can clip them down for extra security. 

What are your mats made from?

Our rubber mats are made from a heavy-duty moulded EKO rubber. They are fully waterproof and have a raised outer edge for spillages.

Shipping and Returns

What is your returns policy?

Town & Country Covers will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 90 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from dirt or damage.  Items must have been purchased directly from townandcountrycovers.com. Items not purchased directly from townandcountrycovers.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

We recommend carefully trying on your new Town & Country Covers products and keeping the packaging intact before deciding you want to keep them.

How do I return a product to you?

Town & Country Covers guarantees all products at time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months. This does not include user error when fitting the covers.
